Payment information

• All fees should be paid by cheque unless otherwise arranged in advance with the Secretary.
• First and last month’s tuition fees are paid upon enrollment.
• Post-dated cheques from October to May are deposited on the first of every month.
• Cheques must note the name of the enrolled child.

Important Notes:

• A one time $20 registration fee and $50 refundable Co-op fee (refunded when membership participation and responsibilities have been met) are also required to be paid upon enrollment.
• Children will not be permitted to attend class until payment and post-dated cheques are received.
• One month’s notice is required or one month’s fee is payable upon the child’s withdrawal from the program before April 30th. No refund of tuition fees can be made after May 1st. For more information, please contact us.
